In the Consumers section of the Alviere portal, you are able to view all of the customers’ accounts that exist in your business account.
From this section, you are able to:

Sort the Consumers by creation date in ascending/descending order by tapping the Creation date column.

Filter your consumer list by the status of the account (ie. ACTIVE, MANUAL REVIEW, REJECTED, etc…).

View specific Consumer details by tapping the “eye” icon under the Actions column for the desired consumer.
The quick reference section provides the following information:

Consumer’s full name & the current status of the consumer account
-
Phone number
-
Email address
-
Balance - This field provides the Consumer’s account balance
-
UUID - This is the unique user ID assigned to the consumer within the Alviere system.

Actions - In the upper right hand corner of the quick reference section, the action button allows you to take an action on a consumer account

Deactivate - This action will change the consumer account status to INACTIVE. If needed, the consumer account can be reactivated after this action has been taken.

Please note that for Card Issuance Clients; setting a consumer to an INACTIVE status will also block the issued card by changing the IS BLOCKED flag to true.

Delete - This action will change the consumer account status to DELETED. This is a final status and the account cannot be reactivated. For regulatory purposes, Alviere must keep all consumer information on file.

If the Consumer Account is in PENDING, REJECTED, or MANUAL REVIEW status the following fields will be present:

Status reason - this field will be present to provide further information on the status.

Verification stage - This indicates the stage of verification (i.e. FRAUD, IDENTITY, ADDRESS, DOCUMENT, SANCTIONS, etc…) If the consumer passes all verification stages and is active, this section will not have any data.

Profile information - This element provides detailed information about the consumer

Middle name - This is an optional field and may or may not have data

Last name

Date of birth (We are using YYYY-MM-DD format)

Social Security Number - You will only be able to view the last four digits of the SSN for security purposes

Phone number

Email address

Account information - This element provides detailed information about the consumer account

UUID - This is Alviere unique user ID and it’s specific to the consumer

Status - This field indicates the current status of the account. You can find a complete list of the consumer account statuses and their descriptions here

Verification stage - If the consumer passes all verification stages and is active, this section will not have any data

Type - This field indicates the type of account. If you are viewing a consumer, the type will always be “CONSUMER”

Country - This field indicates the country in which the consumer resides. At this time, Alviere only supports consumers located in the U.S.A.

External ID - This field an ID

Created at - Date and time in UTC timezone

Updated at - Date and time in UTC timezone

Known addresses - This element will show the primary physical address for the consumer along with any additional known addresses provided by your program

Transactions - This tab lists all transactions associated with the consumer account. You can find more information on Transactions here

Manual review - This section will provide a list of all transactions that have been screened automatically by fraud workflows and require further review by an Alviere Compliance Analyst.

Payment methods - This tab lists all of the external payment methods used by the consumer to complete transactions. You can find more information on Payment Methods here

Cards issued - This section lists all of the cards issued to the Consumer (applies to Card Issuance clients only). You can find more information regarding Cards Issued here

Failed attempts - This section lists all the payment methods that failed validation

Dossiers - Documents provided by the end user. This tab will only be accessible by the Administrator. You can find more information on Dossiers here

DDA (Direct Deposit Account) - This tab provides the routing and account number associated with the consumer account. This routing and account number is used only to deposit funds into the consumer account. Funds cannot be removed from the consumer account via this method

Beneficiaries - This tab provides information on individuals who are authorized to receive funds from the account holder. This does not mean that the beneficiary has automatic rights to the funds within the consumer account
To close the consumer file, tap the Close consumer file button in the upper right hand corner. This will take you back to the full list of consumers for your business account
