The Consumer Account Status indicates the current standing of the consumer account. The following is a complete list of the Consumer Account statuses and their descriptions:

ACTIVE - This status indicates that the Consumer Account has passed all verification stages and is fully active

INACTIVE - This status is present when the Consumer Account has been deactivated.

MANUAL REVIEW - This status is present when the Consumer Account is flagged for review by Compliance. No action is needed while this status is present; Compliance will review and determine if the Consumer Account can be activated, rejected, or if further information is needed.

PENDING - This status is present when the Consumer Account requires further action such as correcting the primary address if it does not pass address validation.

PROCESSING - This status is present while the verification stages are running.

REJECTED - This status indicates that the Consumer Account has been rejected by the Fraud and/or Compliance Team.

DELETED - This final status indicates that the Consumer Account has been deleted. Regulations require that we keep all Consumer Account info in our system for a specified amount of time, however, this status will allow you to add the consumer again using the same credentials.
