If you need support at any time using the Portal, you can tap “Get Support” in the lower left-hand corner of any screen. This will bring up a Help widget where you can search our Knowledge Base using keywords. If you still need assistance, you can press “Contact us” to send our Client CARE & Support Team a message.
Simply fill out the contact form with your name, email address, and how we can assist you along with attachments, if needed to support your inquiry.
Our Client CARE & Support Team is available Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm EST. We will respond to all messages within one (1) business day. If you need immediate assistance, please have your Administrator contact your Customer Success Manager.
