In the event that you forget your password or need to reset your password at any time, use the following steps:
- Tap the “Forgot Password” link located on the login page.
- Enter the email address associated with your Alviere Portal account.
- You will receive an email prompting you to reset your password.
Note: The email to reset your password is only valid for 30 minutes.
