For programs that require the Know Your Customer (KYC) module, users of the service must provide a valid form of ID. When a document is required in order to proceed, the Pending User Status will be REQUIRES_PHOTO_ID. The only valid forms of ID accepted by Alviere are:

State issued Driver’s License - The license must be valid and issued by any of the 50 United States including the District of Columbia.

Government issued ID - The ID must be valid and issued by any of the 50 United States including the District of Columbia.

Passport - Any valid government issued passport.

Matrícula Consular - An identification card issued by the Government of Mexico through its consulate offices to Mexican nationals residing outside of Mexico. Also known as the Mexican CID card. The ID card must be valid.
In the Alviere Portal, the Dossiers section houses all of the documents provided by the consumer. The following types of documents can be found in this section:

PASSPORT - Image of passport page

ID_DOCUMENT_FRONT - Front view of a government issued identification card

ID_DOCUMENT_BACK - Back view of a government issued identification card

DRIVER_LICENSE_FRONT - Front view of a State issued driver’s license

DRIVER_LICENSE_BACK - Back view of a State issued driver’s license

SELFIE - A photo of the consumer which is matched against the supporting identification document

PROOF_OF_ADDRESS - A photo or scanned copy of a consumer’s proof of address such as a utility bill

PROOF_OF_FUNDS - Every time a transaction of over $10,000 is made, a customer must provide proof of funds. The following documents are accepted:

Bank statement from a linked account

A check stub

Tax return
-
Stimulus check

Proof of sale of property

Dossier Statuses
When a dossier is submitted, it can have one of the following statuses:

CREATED - Indicates that the dossier has been created after it has been submitted through the API

PENDING - In this status, the dossier is being reviewed

MANUAL_REVIEW - The dossier is being manually reviewed by our Compliance department

VERIFIED - This status indicates that the dossier has been approved by the system and the user has been positively identified

REJECTED - This status indicates that the dossier has been rejected, possible reasons for rejection include the submission of false documents or poor quality photographs
-
FAILED - This status indicates that the dossier submission has failed, this happens when the document’s format is invalid
-
EXPIRED - This status indicates that the dossier submitted has expired and the user account has been placed back in PENDING_USER status in order for the user to submit documentation with a valid expiration date

DELETED - In this final status, the dossier has been deleted, however, all consumer information, including documents, will be retained for a period of time, for regulatory purposes
