The following is a list of common terms and their descriptions that are found throughout the Portal:

UUID (Universal Unique Identifier) - This is the unique ID assigned to different data points within the Alviere system. The most common UUIDs are Account UUIDs and Transaction UUIDs

External ID - This is the ID assigned to different data points by your organization and is how your organization maps these data points in your internal system

Verification stage - This indicates the stage of KYC verification. The verification stages are:

FRAUD - This stage indicates that the fraud check internal process is in progress.

ADDRESS - This stage indicates that the address provided by the user is being validated.

IDENTITY - This stage indicates that the identity verification process is being performed. Information such as the date of birth, address, and/or Social Security Number are being matched against public and platform-private records for accuracy.

DOCUMENT - This stage indicates that the photo identification, provided by the user to validate their identity, is being processed.

SANCTIONS - This stage indicates that the internal process of Sanctions and Negative News screening is not complete.

Child Transaction - This section will only appear when you are viewing a transaction that is connected to a subsequent transaction such as a CARD_ISSUED_DEBIT. To view the Child Transaction, tap the “eye” icon under the Actions column

Parent Transaction - This section will only appear when you are viewing a transaction that is connected to a preceding transaction such as a CARD_ISSUED_DISPUTE_CREDIT

Created at - This field indicates the date and time the data point was created in the system

Updated at - This field indicates the date and time of the most recent update to the data point

Shipped at - This field indicates the date and time of an issued card type payment method

Metadata - A set of data that describes and gives information about other data. When utilized, this field will contain the customizable data submitted by your program. If no custom data has been included, this field will show “0 items”

Last 4 - This field shows the last four digits of a payment method (card or account number) and/or an issued card
