Note: All dates and times are noted in the UTC timezone.
In the Consumer details of the Alviere portal, you can find the full list of transactions created for your account.
From this tab, you are able to:

Sort the transactions in ascending/descending order by tapping any of the following column fields:

Creation Date - This is the date that the transaction was created.

Amount - This details the amount of the transaction.

Filter your transactions by Date range, Type, Network, and/or Status;

View general transaction info such as:

Transaction UUID
-
Creation date - Date and time in UTC timezone

Type - This field indicates the transaction type. You can find a complete list of the transaction types and their descriptions here

Network - This field indicates the network of the payment method used; ie. Visa Credit, Mastercard Credit, etc...

Status - This field indicates the status of the transaction. You can find a complete list of transaction statuses and their descriptions here

View specific Transaction Details by tapping the “eye” icon under the Actions column for the desired transaction.

Transaction UUID - This is the Alviere Transaction UUID

Beneficiary - This is a Smartlink that leads to the Beneficiary details in Consumer file

Account UUID - This is the Alviere Account UUID

External ID - This is the transaction ID associated with your organization

Creation Date - This field indicates the date and time the transaction was created
-
Type - This field indicates the transaction type. You can find more information on Transactions here

Network - This field indicates the network of the payment method used; ie. Visa Credit, Mastercard Credit, etc...

Status - This field indicates the status of the transaction. You can find more information on Transactions here

Amount - This field indicates the amount of the transaction

Is refunded - This flag will indicate if the transaction you are viewing has been refunded or not

Description - This field provides a brief description of the transaction
-
Merchant ID - This field provides the ID of the merchant who processed the transaction
-
Merchant name - This field provides the name of the merchant who processed the transaction

Child Transaction - This section will only appear when you are viewing a transaction that is connected to a subsequent transaction such as a Refund. To view the Child Transaction, tap the “eye” icon under the Actions column

Parent Transaction - This section will only appear when you are viewing a transaction that is connected to a preceding transaction such as a Debit

Payment Method - This section displays when a payment method was used. You can find more information on Transactions here

Settlements - This section provides information regarding the settlement of the completed transaction such as the date and time the transaction settled
-
Remittance Quote - This section provides information about the INTERNATIONAL_TRANSFER transaction type prior to its submission

Actions - The Actions button will only appear on transactions that can be either Refunded or Voided

Void - This action can be completed within the time frame allowed by card networks. If the transaction can no longer be voided, an error message is shown: “This transaction can no longer be voided. Please consider refunding the transaction.”

Refund - This action can only be completed if the transaction can no longer be voided

Reverse - This action can only be completed for complete service fees and can be applied to consumer transaction in any statuses
