The Treasury Management section displays all of the Treasury Vaults for the program. Treasury vaults are used to facilitate internal movement of funds in order to successfully operate the program. If you have any questions regarding the details of the treasury vaults, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
From this page, you are able to view a snapshot each of each of the program’s Treasury vaults:

Balance - This field shows the amount of funds that are currently available

Captive - This field shows the amount of funds that are reserved for transactions that have been submitted, but not yet settled

In-Transit - This field shows the amount of funds that are currently processing
-
Last Updated - This field shows the date of the most recent activity
-
Creation Date - This field shows the date the treasury vault was created
-
Routing Number - This field shows the routing number associated with a Direct Deposit Treasury vault
-
Account Number - This field shows the account number associated with a Direct Deposit Treasury Vaults
**Note: Routing Number and Account Number will only be available to Direct Deposit Treasury Vaults. They will not be displayed for FBO, Liability Treasury Vaults, because they cannot receive funds externally.
Depending on the type of Treasury Vault an Action button will be displayed which will allow program management to:

Load Funds - Deposit funds into the Treasury Vaults. To load funds:

Select the account you wish to load the funds from using the drop down

Enter the amount you wish to load

Tap “Load Now”

Withdraw Funds - Withdraw funds from the Treasury Vaults. To withdraw funds:

Select the account you wish to withdraw the funds to using the drop down
-
Enter the amount you wish to withdraw

Tap “Withdraw Now”

To view the individual transactions associated with the Treasury Vaults, tap “Check Movements”

Vault Transactions - This section lists all of the transactions associated with the Treasury Vaults

Sort these transactions by Creation Date or Amount
-
Filter these transactions by Date range, Status, and/or Type

View general transaction info such as:
-
Transaction UUID - This is the Alviere Transaction UUID
-
Creation date - This field indicates the date and time the transaction was created
-
Status - This field indicates the status of the transaction
-
Type - This field indicates the transaction type. You can find a complete list of the transaction types and statuses along with their descriptions here

Amount - This field indicates the amount of the transaction
-
View specific Transaction details by tapping the “eye” icon under the Actions column for the desired transaction.

The General Info section provides the following information:

Transaction UUID - This is the Alviere Transaction UUID
-
Account UUID - This field indicates the Treasury Vault UUID associated with the transaction
-
External ID - This field indicates the External ID of the Treasury Vault associated with the transaction
-
Creation date - This field indicates the date and time the transaction was created
-
Type - This field indicates the transaction type. You can find a complete list of the transaction types and their descriptions here

Network - This field is present for Debit and Credit transactions and it indicates the network of the payment method used
-
Status - This field indicates the status of the transaction. You can find a complete list of transaction statuses and their descriptions here

Amount - This field indicates the amount of the transaction

Is refunded - This flag indicates if the transaction was refunded
-
Merchant name - This field indicates the Merchant Names associated with the transaction
-
Merchant IDs - This field indicates the Merchant IDs associated with the transaction

Child Transactions - This section will only appear when you are viewing a transaction that is connected to a subsequent transaction such as a CARD_ISSUED_DEBIT. To view the Child Transaction, tap the “eye” icon under the Actions column

Parent Transaction - This section will only appear when you are viewing a transaction that is connected to a preceding transaction such as a CARD_ISSUED_DISPUTE_CREDIT. To view the Parent Transaction, tap the “eye” icon under the Actions column

The Payment Method section provides the following information:

Card UUID - This is Alviere’s unique identifier for the issued card

Product ID - This field indicates the product ID associated with the card program that the issued card was created under
-
External ID - This field indicates the ID assigned to the issued card by your organization
-
Type - This field indicates the type of payment method that was used to complete the transaction
-
Status - This field indicates the status of the payment method used to complete the transaction
-
Expiration month - This field indicates the expiration month of a card type payment method
-
Expiration year - This field indicates the expiration year of a card type payment method
-
Last 4 - This field indicates the last four digits of a card type payment method
-
Shipped at - This field indicates the date and time of an issued card type payment method
-
Address - This field indicates the address an issued card type payment method was issued to

Metadata - Your own key-value pairs to transfers you create. When utilized, this field will contain the customizable data
-
Is blocked - This flag indicates if the issued card type payment method is blocked
-
True - The card is blocked due to the Consumer Account status being “Inactive”. The card cannot be utilized for purchases
-
False - The card is not blocked and can be utilized for transactions

Creation date - This field indicates the date and time the issued card type payment method was created in the system
-
Update date - This field indicates the date and time the issued card type payment method was updated in the system
